FIRST TIME

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

-We recommend wearing tight fitting clothing suitable for bending, stretching, sweating, & exercising.

-At Push Pilates we do not require grip socks. If you do not have a pair of your own you are more than welcome to wear them. We currently do not sell grip socks.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR CLASSES?

-Our reformer Pilates classes are 45 minutes long.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE MY FIRST CLASS?

-In order for the instructor to introduce his/her self & familiarize you with the machines, we ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first class. Failure to do so could result in not being admitted to the class.

DO I NEED TO BRING A SWEAT TOWEL &/OR WATER?

-We have a refrigerator stocked with small bottles of water that we ask customers limit 1 per class. We recommend you bring your own bottle of water.

-Don’t like a little sweat on your face? Then you might want to bring a sweat towel as we do not provide them in the studio.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO TAKE CLASS?

-We require a minimum age of 18 to attend a class at Push Pilates.

CLASSES

ARE THERE DIFFERENT LEVEL CLASSES?

-Yes, we offer 3 different levels: Beginner, All Levels, & Advanced.

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND I ATTEND CLASS?

-This number will vary on your out personal goals, but we see best client results when the class is attended 3-5 times per week.

CAN I SHOW UP LATE TO CLASS?

-For the safety of the instructor, other clients, & yourself we ask that you try your best to not arrive late. However, we understand things happen so we put these two rules in place regarding late arrivals:

-Once the 5 minute mark has passed, your reserved machine will be give to a waiting client & you will be considered a “late cancel”, which results in forfeiting the class.

-Once the 10 minute mark has passed, no clients will be admitted; no exceptions.

CAN I TAKE A CALL IN CLASS?

-Studio etiquette requests that you do not take a call during class. However, if you are expecting an important call that can not wait, you may have your phone at the machine & are free to step out of the class to take the call.

I CAN’T MAKE MY CLASS – CAN YOU REFUND THE SESSION?

-Unfortunately, no. We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24 hour cancellation policy for private classes. If you can’t make your class, it is your responsibility to cancel or let us know at least 12 hours (for group classes) or 24 hours (for private classes) before the start time of your scheduled class or you will lose the session and be charged a fee. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to be strict to be fair to all clients.

BOOKING

CAN I SUSPEND OR EXTEND MY INTRODUCTORY OFFER OR MONTHLY PASS?

-We do not allow suspensions or extensions on your Introductory Offer (2 weeks) or Monthly passes (30 days) unless you are injured, in which case we will ask for a medical certificate from your doctor. Please be aware when purchasing your Introductory Offer or Monthly pass that you will be required to use your pass within 2 Weeks or 1 month (30 days) respectively. Any unused sessions will expire. Alternatively purchase a block session pack (valid for 12 months).

CAN I TRANSFER OR SHARE SESSIONS?

-No, sessions are not transferable and can only be used at the studio you purchased them from. Session packs cannot be shared with more than one person as all session packs are for individual use only.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THE INTRODUCTORY OFFER?

-The Introductory offer of 5 Sessions for $50 to use within 2 weeks is only available to new clients of Push Pilates (first timers) and is activated from the date of your first booking. You can only use the Introductory offer once per person and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other opening offer. You have a 2 week period to use your 5 sessions and any unused sessions will expire.

I CAN’T MAKE MY CLASS – CAN YOU REFUND THE SESSION?

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY PRIVATE OR SEMI PRIVATE CLASS?

-You can purchase your semi-private class, private class, or block private package the same way you would purchase a regular class. However, you will not be given an option to book the private. To do so, you will have to text or call Sarah at (832) 785-7087 to schedule the class.

OTHER

CAN I TAKE CLASS IF I’M PREGNANT?

-Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant, especially something as core intensive as Push Pilates. If a client was regularly taking Push Pilates before they got pregnant, they can continue to come as long as they feel comfortable. We also recommend that you consult with your physician regarding practicing while pregnant.

DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?

-Yes, we will have a Lost & Found. However, we are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged at Push Pilates.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?

-No, we do not have locker rooms. We have cubbies in the room for you to store your personal belongings.

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?

-Yes, we have 1 unisex changing room.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

-No, but we do have lots of goodies for you to freshen up with.

DO YOU HAVE A BATHROOM?

-Yes, we have 1 unisex bathroom.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-If you cannot attend your booked class, you must cancel 12 hours before the start time of your class. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.


-If you fail to cancel your class, and do not show up, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee.

-You are able to cancel your class in the mind-body app.

-Why do we implement this cancellation policy? To maintain the proper class environment. Late cancels give us the chance to sell the bed to someone else to ensure we are maintaining a full class experience.

-Customers on the membership program will also be held liable for these charges as well.
